Old And NewA nice morning was spent at Chye Seng Huat Hardware, having great coffee and even greater conversations about how we can take, what started out as a passion and jet our profession as creatives to the next level. Walking by this alley, it was an amalgamation of the past and present, the old and the new, which reminds us of our society, our culture. The modern day was only possible because of historic movement.

Boat QuayI was here at Boat Quay not too long ago, checking out and supporting a friend's set at the local bar. The nightlife in Singapore has always been bustling and vibrant, but if its not drinking its the clubs. The bars where people are playing the music that resound to them the most, receive passerby to passerby occasionally looking into the bar and some stopping for a listen as they recognise the tune and thereafter walking away. Apart from other places where one would expect the usual top hits of the current times, its great to see people continuing to hone their craft and stay true to their sound and art. In my opinion, Singapore's music scene is definitely headed into better days with more support and greater exposure than what it was back in the day.
